Simple screen recording
If you've ever wanted to make a video of a computer program or task, you'll need a screen recording program to make sure you capture the process. There are lots of tools that will help you get the job done, among them Freez Screen Video Capture.
The good thing about Freez Screen Video Capture is that it records both video and audio, so you can record the video with a voiceover or the program sounds. The main interface is very simple to use - you simply have the option to Record, Pause, Stop, Options or Exit. The same window also displays the technical specifications that are currently selected.
The Freez Screen Video Capture options are quite complete, allowing you to toggle the specifications of the video, audio and region options. The program can be controlled completely by hotkeys, which makes it easy to use while recording. Unfortunately, I found a number of problems with Freez Screen Video Capture. The recording slowed my computer considerably, I had problems using the Select Fixed Region option, and the finished video wasn't of a very high quality.
Freez Screen Video Capture has some nice features, but it pulled down by a number of problems.

Not Free - If you do not donate the Sell your email address = SPAM.
It says no spyware no adware. I downloaded this software from topviewsoftware.om After a few uses it says you have to register. then it asks for a Donation. If you select 0 Donation You never Get the activation email. but you do get about 15 New emails daily SPAM . . . . DO NOT DOWNLOAD this software. you are better off paying $19.99 and getting software without the SPAM. More

Freez Screen for Gaming.
I downloaded this software primarily for recording myself playing Amnesia for some friends. It downloaded fast, installed easily, and was very simple and effective. However every time I recorded the game, windowed or fullscreen, Freez Screen failed to capture it. After experimenting with it I determined it was only when I set the framerate over 27, and raised the quality that it couldn't handle it. But the default scheme, while it worked fine everytime, was not up to the par I needed. If it were for recording a tutorial on computer functions, or something easy, I highly recommend this program. But if you need it to handle high quality, like that of an expansive horror game like Amnesia, it simply won't suffice.

registration and code?. I downloaded Freez screen capture. It works fantastic. But, I am now getting a message asking me for code.
In order to receive the code I had to register, which I did. I have not received the code yet. Is there something wrong with the process? or did I get the wrong copy?Faheem Pros:

recording trouble.
After recording on Freez Screen Video Capture I get the following message:"No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this." and this has happened 2-ice before - any solutions ? More
